6. EscoNews Subscription Form
   In order to inform you of our offers, promotions, product news, events, regulations and any other updates that we consider may be of interest to you, in relation to the company and the sector in which we operate, the User may subscribe to our Newsletter (EscoNews).
   To subscribe to this service, the User must fill in the fields requested in the corresponding subscription form. This subscription will also imply the occasional sending of other communications not included in EscoNews because they are of a smaller geographic or thematic scope. This subscription grants the User access to a separate service, the conditions of which may be consulted in the applicable legal texts. To do so, you must provide us with your name, surname, customer number, country and province of residence, e-mail address and any other additional data that may be indicated. These data will always be relevant to the purposes of the Website.
7. CONECTA Mobile Application
   The User, through a QR code found on the Website in the “Connect” section, can download the mobile application “CONECTA” through which you can communicate directly with any SALVADOR ESCODA store via WhatsApp, purchase and receive products through purchase suppliers and shipping orders to your home, get updated rates at any time, as well as have access to exclusive offers.
   The application will have its own legal texts and conditions that the user must consult and accept when registering on it.
8. Registration Form for Events Organized by SALVADOR ESCODA
   On those occasions when we carry out events organized by SALVADOR ESCODA, an online registration form will be provided, through which personal data may be collected from Users.
   By means of this form, consent will be requested in order to carry out the necessary data processing, in compliance with the applicable regulations.
9. Events Organized by SALVADOR ESCODA
   At events organized by SALVADOR ESCODA, photographs and/or videos of the attendees may be taken. It is important that as a User you keep in mind that the information you have shared with Users by any means may continue to be visible and that SALVADOR ESCODA is exonerated from any responsibility in relation to the elimination of this information.

In the same way, SALVADOR ESCODA does not control the renewal system of the search mechanisms of third parties, these mechanisms may contain certain information of the public profile that has already been cancelled but that still appears on the Internet due to its reallocation, in which case, we recommend that you contact those responsible for these platforms to request its cancellation or the exercise of a right to be forgotten.

As the party responsible for the processing of your data, we guarantee confidentiality in the processing and compliance with your rights, always under the effects of the legislation and regulations applicable to this Policy.
